Context
CONNECT is one of my favourite projects I did a few years ago during my one-year intensive course on Digital Media. The brief asked me to create a typeface that related to the theme “river”.
Process
I went to the riverside, looked at the River Thames and the bridges, and thought about the relationships between them. After doing all the sketches and looking at the ideas, I suddenly realised the key functions of rivers and bridges are both connecting.
The final outcome requires the viewers to connect empty dots to see the whole letters.
