Side Project: Waiting

I like to doodle but rarely have the time to do so. I was working as a legal representative, my job required me to travel a lot and spend hours waiting for clients and cases’ results.

So I bought a small notepad and try to use it to fulfil my craving. At the beginning I used it only for sketching people and still objects, soon it became my dairy. I encrypted my thoughts with geometric shapes and lines, sometimes I even wrote down some weird ideas of product design on it.

By the time of starting my course at UAL, I finished my first notebook.

I never thought about whether it is useful to do such a thing, but one day it turned out I can easily pick out drawings with the same theme from my little notebook to make a zine.
